Prices are in USD and billed monthly in advance; you receive an invoice for every payment automatically (Printara s.r.o. is not a VAT payer, so invoices do not include VAT). We don't run a free trial because every workspace costs us real money in compute, proxies and storage. Instead, you can cancel anytime and we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment if it's not for you. See the Terms for details.
Your container is hard-capped at the plan's RAM/CPU/disk. If you fill the disk, writes will fail until you delete files or upgrade. We don't auto-charge overages, ever. You stay in control.
Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately (your container resizes on the next restart, ~30s). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose anything you already paid for.
Yes, the workspace is provisioned per month, even if you don't use it. We have to keep the container, disk and proxy slots reserved. If you go on vacation, just pause the workspace from the dashboard and we'll pause billing too.
On Pro and Ultra: yes, daily snapshot of /workspace to Cloudflare R2 with 7-day (Pro) or 30-day (Ultra) retention. On Starter: no auto-backup, but you can always rsync manually or push to your own R2 bucket using the included r2-upload skill.
No catch. Anthropic's $20/mo Claude Pro subscription is roughly 90× cheaper than the API for the same usage. We OAuth your account inside the workspace so you keep that pricing. Your bill stays with Anthropic, not us.
