Connectors and BlackNode Hub

Connectors plug your accounts and tools into the workspace so agents can use them. BlackNode Hub adds a connected worker for video exports and a knowledge library of lessons your agents can read while planning. This guide shows what each block on the Connectors page does.

Every connector becomes a tool the agent can use. OAuth where the platform offers it, an API key where it does not. Your agents only get what you connect.

The Connectors page

The Connectors page header: Plug your accounts in, with the Available and Installed counters
Connectors: Available lists what you can plug in, Installed what already is.

Connectors are grouped: Social posting (the platforms your agents post to through their own logged-in browser or through OAuth), Productivity & Data (mail, sheets, storage), and AI providers (your own ChatGPT or Claude account, which you connect under Settings and then assign per tab in the engine picker). Connect with one click where the platform supports it; the official permission screen opens and returns you here.

BlackNode Hub

The BlackNode Hub block: tools and knowledge your agents can use, export approved Filmora projects through your connected worker, with a Refresh button
BlackNode Hub: a worker for exports and a knowledge library for lessons.

Worker and exports

The Worker card shows your connected computer with the video editor installed: its name, Online or Offline, and when it was last seen. Start that computer and sign in to let the worker connect. Pick an Approved project and Queue export; the worker renders the video and the finished file appears under Exports with a download. Your agents can queue these exports themselves as part of a task, and their goals in the Team panel can require an exported file as evidence.

Agent knowledge

Add lesson saves course notes or a procedure your agents should follow: what the lesson is, when to use it, topics separated by commas, and an optional source link as a reference. Paste the notes you want agents to use; the link alone is not read. Workspace lessons are yours; shared lessons are maintained by BlackNode and read-only. Agents search this library while planning, so a good lesson says when it applies, not only what to do.

Questions

Where do I connect my ChatGPT or Claude account?

Under Settings, Connections. Connectors lists the providers; the sign-in itself happens in Settings, and the tab assignment in the engine picker on the agent page.

The worker shows Offline.

The connected computer is off or not signed in. Start it and sign in; the card updates on its own. Queued exports wait until the worker is back.

Is a lesson the same as a memory note?

No. Memory holds facts about you and your business. Lessons are procedures and course material agents consult while planning. Both are available to every agent.
